Cancellation Period: You have 14 days from the date the product was delivered to request a cancellation without incurring any cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your order within the 14-day cancellation period, no cancellation fees will apply.

Refund Process: Once your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a refund to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

Conditions for Cancellation: 

- Custom Orders: Orders for customized products may not be fully refundable if production has already begun or completed. The cancellation fee for custom orders will be determined based on the progress of production and any incurred expenses up to the cancellation date.
- Non-Custom Orders: For non-custom orders, no cancellation fees will apply within the 14-day cancellation period.

 

Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases, such as delays in delivery or unforeseen circumstances, Fanny and Fergie reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund without any cancellation fees.
